Reading Now

We hope that wherever this finds you, you are safe and well.

We are excited to tell you of a new publication, Reading Now, which will make its debut at the Printed Matter Virtual Art Book Fair later this month.

Reading Now is a document of reading in 2020, a record of the readerly present as we begin to feel our way towards an uncertain future, and a coda to dispersed holdings’ book Reading Room.

Contributors to Reading Now include Kyla Arsadjaja, D. Graham Burnett, Michael Cunningham, Jeff Dolven, Alan Huck, Alyssa Loh, Joshua Mathews, John Muse, Leonard Nalencz, The Nooy-Millers, Sal Randolph, David Richardson, Luc Rioual, Paul Soulellis, Hermione Spriggs, Sofia Theodore-Pierce, and Nicholas Weltyk.

dispersed will be celebrating Reading Now at the PMVABF with live events and programs in the 'reading zoom' on our fair page, and the book will be for sale, along with our back catalog. Reading Now is available for pre-order in our shop.
